For example, if you want to press Alt + CTRL + Delete keystroke, with StickyKeys turned ON, you can press the Alt, Control and Delete keys individually and carry out the required task. How to Activate StickyKeys?

In Windows XP, the StickyKeys option is found in the Accessibility Options dialog box in the Control Panel. To activate StickyKeys in Windows XP:

  • Click the Start button and select Control Panel. The Control Panel window appears.
  • In the Control Panel window, ensure that the Classic view is selected. Note: To switch to Classic view, click Switch to Classic View from the left pane of the window.
  • Double-click the Accessibility Options icon. The Accessibility Options dialog box appears.
  • From the Keyboard tab, select the Use StickyKeys check box.

  • Click the Apply button and then click the OK button to close the Accessibility Options dialog box.
  • Close the Control Panel window.
